Conditions

Orders made online before 8 am are processed the same day and shipped using the "colissimo suivi" postal service in 2 - 3 working days (see delivery terms and conditions). No shipments are made on Saturdays or Sundays.  
     
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail after 6 pm with your colissimo tracking number, and you can track your package from the following day at: http://www.colissimo.fr
If you ordered more than one item, you may receive several packages and you will be sent each package tracking number.                                                                                                                            
Due to the unique nature of the Internet, we are unable to guarantee the availability of all products in real time on our website. 

If one of the products becomes temporarily or permanently unavailable, we will inform customers by telephone or e-mail at a valid address provided by the customer.

If this happens, MEPHISTO-SHOP.COM will offer to manufacture your product in the MEPHISTO factory for no extra fee, change your model for one of equivalent quality, technical prowess and price, or let you cancel your order.


The photos shown on the website are a true reflection of the products on sale, within the technical limits of the Internet (user screen resolution and colours).

We may have to cancel an order if the total amount of it does not reach € 10 minimum purchase.
