However, on detection of a defect or quality issue with our products used in "normal" conditions, Customers are requested to contact us by e-mail info@mephisto-shop.com, accurately describing the problem. "Mephisto-shop.com" shall not be liable for misuse, negligence or failure to maintain the articles properly on the part of the Customer.

Depending on the circumstances, "Mephisto-shop.com" will offer to:

• reimburse shoe repair costs 
• repair articles and pay all reshipment costs 
• exchange the article and pay shipment costs 
• refund the article by  voucher for its website.
